IMPORTANT
For the enjoyment of all participants, any child under the age of 8 will not be able to participate unless accompanied by an adult over 18 who is also climbing.
Any child under 4-feet 2-inches must climb with an adult in order to assist them with transition of the auto-belay device. reaching the belay cable.
"Highly recommended this place for birthdays and corporate events. My son had his birthday party here and we can't say enough good.things. all the kids had SO.MUCH.FUN. I don't remember the guy at the front desks name nut he was the nicest/sweetest man and was very helpful with the waiver signing and getting everyone checked in. The owner is very nice and seems very involved with the day to activities. He was super helpful. We will DEFINITELY be coming back here. My son already asked if his next birthday could be here. "This is an amazing place! Celebrating grandson's birthday with his friends. Watching them conquer fears of doing the course - with spotters and safety harnesses. I can say it's quite tempting to get my senior body out there on the course. They have 2 upper and lower courses. Fun to watch the kids graduate to the upper course when they're ready to just move up. Very very clean. Great mezzanine area for watching. Highly recommend! Only one in the state of Virginia. About 30 minutes from Arlington."
"This place is amazing. My family have been to Summit Ropes about 5 times, and each time, we have been impressed by the amazing facility and helpful staff. Even post-covid, the staff did an incredible job hosting a small group of 9-10 year olds. The staff Instructed the kids on climbing techniques if they asked for help, while giving them plenty of space to try the obstacles on their own, at their own pace. Whether you are an avid climber, or this is your first time, you will have a great experience here!
